At One Kedy, we work to deliver your orders to your address as quickly and safely as possible. Our shipping and delivery terms are set out below.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed and approved before the daily cut-off time are dispatched the same day; orders placed afterwards are dispatched on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Carriers
Your orders are delivered through our contracted shipping carriers. The carrier may vary depending on your delivery address and the characteristics of the product.
3. Shipping Fees
- The shipping fee, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free shipping may apply to orders above a defined threshold, where offered.
4. Delivery Time
Following dispatch, delivery typically takes place within the estimated business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended during campaign periods, public holidays or adverse weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is shared with you by email or through your account, allowing you to follow the status of your shipment.
6. Undelivered or Damaged Parcels
If the carrier is unable to reach you, a second delivery attempt is usually made. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt; if it appears damaged, note this with the courier and contact us. Do not accept visibly damaged parcels where possible.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
